I am a Georgia native born in Atlanta otherwise known as a "Grady Baby". My southern heritage was built on summers spent with love and learning how to garden and sew, but most of all cooking with my grandmother Clara Simpson. My grandmother taught me how to pair the right blend of spices to create unique flavors. It was Clara that inspired my love of potatoes with what she called "potatoes in the jacket" known to most as twice baked potatoes. With that, I was and still am on a mission to create the best baked potato you will ever experience and most of all to spread love one spice and flavor at a time.
